How to export your Whole Foods purchase history from Amazon

Where your Whole Foods history actually lives

Every time you scan your Prime code at a Whole Foods register, the purchase is recorded in your Amazon account — itemized, dated, and priced. Most shoppers never look at it, but it's a complete grocery price history going back years, and Amazon will hand it to you two ways.

Option 1 — the full CSV export (fastest)

1. Open Request My Data. On amazon.com, go to Accounts & Lists → scroll to the privacy section, or search Amazon's help for “Request My Data”.
2. Choose “Your Orders”. You don't need the full-account export — the orders category is enough and arrives faster.
3. Wait for the email. Amazon sends a download link, usually within a day.
4. Unzip and find the CSV. The archive contains a Retail.OrderHistory CSV — one row per purchased item, including your Whole Foods trips.

One file, whole history. Pantry Deals imports this CSV directly (Settings → Back-fill your history): every Whole Foods order becomes a receipt, and regular Amazon orders are ignored.

Option 2 — individual receipts as PDFs

1. On amazon.com, open Returns & Orders.
2. Find your Whole Foods Market purchases in the order list (they're grouped with everything else — the store name is on the order card).
3. Open an order and use your browser's Print → Save as PDF on the order summary.

Slower, but useful for a specific trip — and the PDFs parse exactly, line by line, with no OCR guessing.
